How much do sessions cost?

  • Individual 50-Minute Video/Telephonic counseling is $150 per session. 

  • Couples/Family 50-Minute Video/Telephonic counseling is $175 per session.

  • Group 80-Minute Video counseling is $85 per session. 

  • SUD Evaluation is $350 and includes 2 sessions, one interview with a family member/friend, testing, and one written evaluation (no drug testing). <-This is for formal evals, usually requested by the court or an employer. 

  • Consultations (for organizations) $150 per hour.

  • Seminars/Guest Speaker Fees are a flat rate of $2000 per 2-day event. $1000 for a 1-day event, $500 for 1/2 day plus travel and lodging if more than 100 miles away.

  • Additional fees for letters, documents, and after-hour services.

Can I use my health insurance?

I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. I am only credentialed in TEXAS, and you must sign up as a new client with me through HEADWAY to use your benefits. The only exception to this is if you are a Kentucky client with BCBS I may be able to file your insurance.

If you are not located in Texas or do not carry any of the above insurance, check with your insurance provider because you may have out-of-network benefits covering a portion of the cost. I can provide you with a document called a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. At this time, I do not submit claims myself. How do I make an appointment?

How do I join the video session at the time of my appointment?

You will receive a link via text or email to join our secure video session sometime before your appointment.
If you have any questions, please call or text Kelli Wright at 866-826-4057. You can also log in to your portal to join the call.

Why can Kelli Wright only provide counseling to people who are physically in Texas or Kentucky?

According to the state laws and ethical codes in Texas and Kentucky, a counselor can only provide therapy to individuals in the states she is licensed. There are some exceptions, and Kelli Wright will inform you if they apply to you.

What do I do if I am having an emergency and can’t get in touch with Kelli Wright?

If you are having a life-threatening emergency or seriously considering hurting yourself or others, please call 911 for immediate service.

If you have a non-life-threatening emergency, please leave a message on Mrs. Wright’s confidential voicemail (866-826-4057) or through the client portal. Mrs. Wright will return your call as soon as possible. Most calls and messages are returned M - F; 7 AM – 8 PM (CST).
